    Thank you . I am going to keep doing it i just had a bad day today and just wanted to eat eat eat but i didnt i just eat what was planeded for today. At the moment i am having 2 shakes and 1 meal aday and seems to be working as i have lost 3pounds i think becouse i have seen that i am loseing it...

    You could always get a smaller size meal from what you normaly get. and in your free time go for a run or walk just to get your weight loss going a bit more. ( Keep up the good work ) . xxx

    hi there maxitone is more or less the same a slimfast but you have 1 meal a day and 3 shakes a day but depending on your age. hope that helped, And not to sure what the diary is on here its my 2end day lol. i have to look in to it. but thanks for talking . xxxx
