My name is Tessa aged 17 and i just started dieting on monday 18th it looks to me if its going good but i do feel like i will start snaking again and all of this will just wear of and i will become my normal self again( E.G when i am bored i will just eat. )

well is me saying hi and up for a chat on what sort of different diets are out there.

I'm just calorie counting and making sure I eat sensibly and exercise more. It has always worked for me doing it that way x

hi tessa welcome to minimins i'm following slimming world (i have tried every quick fix diet under the sun) but find s/w easiest to stick to. good luck x

Hi Tessa,
I'm new here too but everyone seems really friendly!
I'm doing weight watchers pro points and I love it, you can literally eat whatever you want, just in moderation! I even have a small bar of chocolate everyday!
My downfall was portions sizes, I would serve up a dinner for my husband and eat the same amount as him - its only now that I have to weigh things out I realsie how much I was over eating!

I've been on here just over a week I think - such a lot of useful things.

I'm on ww pro points too - I did try sw before that too. But prefer ww. I eat a lot of veggetarian stuff as it's lower on points. X

hi there maxitone is more or less the same a slimfast but you have 1 meal a day and 3 shakes a day but depending on your age. hope that helped, And not to sure what the diary is on here its my 2end day lol. i have to look in to it. but thanks for talking . xxxx
