lol yeah it also said i have to consume 2,423 cals per day and i'll lose a pound a week. to be honest i just can't do that EVERYDAY eat more. It's impossible i search for healthy foods that are HIGH IN CALS and all i get is the low cal foods. I have to watch sodium as well as sugar intake...

So i'm I the only one that feels this isn't that easy lol?? I've been trying to pick up the speed of my walking for 2 months now but i can only last a mile or 2 that's why i just start jogging i do this walking and jogging 5-6 times a week/5 miles. I've never been a fast walker just wondering if...

I checked on CC and it said to maintain my weight i should consume 3,056 cals so cut off 500 cals if wanting to lose weight which i do, it'll be around 2,500 :8855: LOL are these people crazy or something?? how the heck i'm going to eat that many cal's DAILY...

now i'm more convince i watched the DR OZ SHOW and he even said frozen veggies are better and it'll last longer so it won't go to waste. i bought some broccoli last week really easy by microwave, no need for steaming. also i heard steaming takes away all the minerals?

but aren't frozen veggies packed with a lot of sodium and sugar?? i'm trying not to eat that much sodium if i do it better have a lot of cals

yea i just now figured it out that being patient will make you lose weight, i use get upset when i saw the scale and nothing happen or gain.. but now i'm okay with as long as don't go past more then 3lbs and even if that still keep on going.

just counting calories trying to stay around 1,000-1200 sodium or lower, cal count a day 1500-2000

thank you redmel:) before i started to this i was actually consuming 600-1000 a day which made me felt really bad as well tired. of course in one week i did lose 6lbs but i don't mind losing 1-2lb's per week. i feel the slower lost the better and healthier.

Worst comes to worst around 200lbs by 2013 if all goes well this late of the year i might go down to 230:) just gotta keep it up but honestly losing weight slow doesn't make me upset like it use too as well if i'm still the same weight in from last time. Never give up is right:D
