    Re-starting my fitness journey

    What is your favourite form of workout and why?

    Zafira: Think we are all in the same boat with that one. Its much easier to put the weight on but its a bugger when you come to lose it.

    Can i say as a qualified aerobic instructor can peeps please be careful when they are doing fitness dvds as the "stars" are not qualified and are only there for the money, so PLZ be careful when choosing your dvds.

    medication I`m taking HRT which plays havoc with my weight, one week i lose the next i put on, i`m also on thyroxin for my thyroid and have many allergies but i just plod on and hopefully so will the rest of you as your health is more important than your weight sometimes

    fitness dvd`s As a qualified aerobic and fitness instructor with over 25 yrs experience, PLZ be careful about buying fitness dvds by " stars" as dont forget that they only do them to get money and are not qualified and most of them put all their weight back on.
