    When I bought my salad it was in a French PATISSERIE!!! And the girl offered me a bread roll with my salad and I said NO!! And all around me people were eating cake, but me I had none. :) It is quite difficult though to eat out for lunch I am finding, haven't been to a restaurant for dinner...

    Hoping somebody will see this before I hit the shops. I like to go shopping on a Saturday, you know a mooch around, then I usually stop and get lunch which is normally something like a sandwich and latte or soup. If I am really hungry then it could be a Greggs pastie thrown in a few hours...

    Still going well........though went a bit off with the wrong kind of cheese :mad: I was in Lidl and almost by automation bought those processed cheese slices got them home and saw they were 6g of carb for 100g of cheese but I ate half the 200g packet yesterday so that is 6g on cheese alone...

    Some people use 1 part cream to 10 parts water I think it is and have that as their "milk" I have it like that in coffee. It seems there is a substitute for everything on Atkins and SO MUCH MORE help on here than the last time I did it, when I just got soooo sick of meat, eggs, meat, eggs, etc.
