    I try to drink about 3 litres I carry a litre or 2litre bottle with me EVERYWHERE and fill it up when I have finished so I measure how much I have drank and encourages me to drink it :)

    Is gum knocking me out of ketosis?

    If you have stuck to it hun, you will be fine don't let it put you off or become demotivated give it another week or so and I'm sure those pounds will drop :) just water weight which can be like 7-10lbs (although varies person to person) you are doing so well, well done :)

    You could take bars, and you can buy small hand blenders or cambridge shaker that you could take?! I think the cambridge shaker is about 3-4 pound but would do the trick for one night :)
