    I would say Slimming World is far more popular, if you look at this site currently there are 89 viewing the Weight Watchers forum and and 402 viewing Slimming World.

    We use a finely chopped onion, salt and pepper, quit a lot of mixed herbs, an egg, lots of garlic, and chopped chillies. We make them in to half pound burgers then in the fridge for an hour. Then cook in the grill

    Our local Asda has stopped selling Turkey Mince. I've looked on My Fitness Pal which has Aldi Turkey Mince at 0.8g Fat per 100g which is 0.8 % which seems low, I'll check the pack details tonight.
