Authentic Curry

Has anybody got any tried and tested authentice india curry recipes, ideally quite hot and without cream or yoggurt?

Josh on here that is a favourite if mine. Can't post link as i'm on my phone. Really easy to make and you can have it as spicy as you like. I prefer to cook it on the hob as I found using the slow cooker made it more like a soup but it's a real life saver and feels so naughty!!

Thanks I made the Fat Free Rogan Josj last night, and having it for tea tonight. Thanks Peter also to be honest I had seen your post before, but only looked at the first page, and until you mentioned Curry's hadn't realised there were so many pages. There are loads of your recipes we're going to try. Making Paella 1 tonight, and also trying the instanst mash pasties for my son.
