    Am missing food

    I'm in my 14th week of SS, and its coming off sooooo slowly now nearing goal. I have around 4 or 5 pounds to go, am staying the same some weeks, losing a pound other weeks, its verrrry frustrating! Stick at it though, we will get there :)

    My body is just plain weird. I've been told I need 1800 calories a day to just maintain my weight, so surely it follows that if I'm consuming 415 cals a day, that I should be losing at least 3 lbs a week? It's Sooooo frustrating :/

    My cdc has advised me to add a 400 calorie meal every day for a week, then go back to sole source. She says this will make me start losing again after a slow weight loss. Anyone heard of this one? Any thoughts?

    My advice is resist. I know u probably just want to eat the food, but if you do, you risk cocking up your loss this week, and coming out of ketosis which will make you more hungry. Keep focussed! Sorry, I know it's hard and I totally get what you're saying but keep strong...
