    Amy_R, just keep at it. I go to the gym as well and not always perfect with my food hence the up and down losses, if I eat properly it tends to be 3 to 5lbs off a week, otherwise 1.5lb to gain, never had more than 5lb in a week.     Hi, I made this today, but using the normal Primula as I couldn't find the low fat version. Does anyone know how many syns this would add? The low fat version was 3 syns. Thanks

    Keep going everyone, I'm 3.5lb away from the 19's for the first time in nearly ten years. Back in the summer I was just short of 24 stone, I kept yo yoing around 23 - 24 for the last few years. Got my head down and shifted my backside and my confidence has gone from strength to strength :)

    I've put 5lb on in the last two weeks with two work's do's, sweets and chocolates by the dozen in the office, two buffets etc :( Christmas itself is usually better with proper meals etc so hoping to get back on plan from Monday.
