January challenge - new year new commitment

Damn it... I've put on 2lbs this week

Not sure I can do 10lbs in 4 weeks but I'll give it a go!
 
Personally, in my own humble opinion, i think it would be totally unfair, and could actually deter your motivation, if that was your declared weight this week. If nobody objects (namely you and Texty) i have averaged it out so that it is what would account for 7 days. This is not about starting weights, its what has been lost, so 2 weeks worth is not really a fair amount. (again, my opinion). Anybody else that has the same problem with duration since previous weigh in please feel free to let me know if the same approach is wanted. Id like to join please. Starting afresh on wed, only 3 weighs inseft for January and id like to lose 6lbs please.

I totally agree Daz - De motivation isnt a good start to the year x
 
Well done all those that have weighed and lost so far - to those that have gained or STS dont be disheartened you still have at least 3 good WI's to get those gains off.
 
Gonna go for 6lbs this month.
I wanna lose more but want to set an achievable target
