    Sounds good advice to me! I do think that milk seems to slow me down. Going to try and consume in sensible quantities! I'm one of those people that the words "unlimited food/drink" is dangerous for as I take it literally. :)

    Skinny latte, just microwave skimmed milk for 2 mins, whisk in some coffee powder and sweetener, whisk it up a bit if you like it cappucino frothy and voilla - skinny latte! I'm going to miss them as starting cruise and the milk is much more limited :(

    If you are not feeling well then there is no point pushing your poor body to do things it doesn't want to. If you've had a walk and some fresh air, I'd leave the shred until you are feeling properly up to it xxx

    I tried the butter buds from lakeland, thought they were a bit powdery tasting. The frylight buttery is really nice (well obviously not as nice as butter)!! I used to spritz it on mushrooms and they tasted so much nicer than dry frying or plain fry light. x

    Asda low fat soft cheese has lower values on all nutritional information than philladelphia extra light, which i believe is a tollerated product. Yet it's only 50p !!!     Went to Lidl yesterday and their meat was really good value. bought smoked salmon which was in massive package and two roast chickens and some lean chicken breasts. seem to be quite a good option for fresh meat/fish on a reasonable budget.
