    I find sw doesn't teach about portion control, how can you eat what you are allowed and stay slim? Ww or atkins is good. I've just done a week and a bit on atkins, ate loads, under 20-25g of carbs a day but only lost a pound. So back to lipotrim, then I'm gonna do atkins to maintain.

    I quite like the soups with a little salt and pepper. But I shook it in the shaker, while hot. The shaker exploded everywhere! Yeah....     If you want my honest opinion, 5lbs in 4 weeks isn't what I would be happy with, not working out x4 a week. I'd give up the pt and do LT instead, go back to the low carb plan when you want to tone up/ lose the last stone. But LT isn't for everyone, it's really hard, but u can only give it a go xx

    Advice for Starting Lipotrim on Monday?!?

    I put 400mls water and a large teaspoon full of coffee and the vanilla, and blend. Blenders produce the best taste I think, u can get a cheap hand blender for £4 sainsburys basics range. :)

    I would stick with chicken or steak only no salad or veg. Steak wouldn't look out of place plain. also if I've drank on LT I'd have gin and slim line tonic or vodka diet coke. Alcohol will take u out of ketosis but if I've drank on the sat night, I'm back in ketosis Sunday evening. :)

    Hungry!

    Could your hunger and stimach problems be heart burn? I sometimes get indigestion/heart burn in between shakes, Zantac tablets helps with that, rather than gaviscon or similar.

    You really need a minimum of 3 litres per day / night. Not including the shakes. Keep the litre bottle of volvic with u and just keep swigging from it. If u wake in the night thirsty your not drinking enough. xx

    If you have run out, only eat small amounts of meat, a bit of chicken or fish, this wont bring you out of ketosis and keep up water intake. Also eggs won't take u out of ketosis.
