Tabasco sauce in chicken soup

Can you add anything to the chicken soup?
ive added pepper but it sinks to the bottom.

has anyone added chilli flakes or similar and stayed in ketosis?

Hi I add chilli and garlic flakes to my chicken soup, makes it yummy

The reason it's so bland is to change your taste buds. I suffer the blandness for the results!! Chicken soup is gross I think the only thing to improve it would be to Add a KFC chicken piece ,-)
