Hello. I'm pretty new here and doing SW online. As I won't be going to group, I thought that keeping a VERY PUBLIC food diary is the best way for me to stick to the plan. Generally if I think that nobody is watching, I'll start to veer off into the land of junk food and eating for the sake of eating.
Okay so, today is my second day on SW - and it hasn't been the best example...
Breakfast
Muller Light Vanilla with Sprinkles Free
Banana Free
Lunch
Vegetarian Sushi 2 Syns
Options Hot Chocolate 1.5 Syns
Dinner
Egg Fried Rice & Chilli Tofu 11.5 Syns (I've guesstimated this as I think it may be less, but figured it would be better to think I've had more)
Muller Light Vanilla with Sprinkles Free
