how many meals can you have?

Im confused I thought you could eat as much free food as you wanted but someone in my groups facebooks group aas asking if she had to syn homemade crisps and someone said yes as its not a one of your three meals? Book says you can eat as much as you want?

You can eat as many or as little meals as you like.

Home made crisps are synned even when made from free fry light and potatoes because by having potatoes made that way you are likely to eat more than you would if you had them baked, boiled or mashed. Chances are, if you had a 200g baked potato you'd think it was pretty big, especially if you had with with a filling and some veg. But I reckon most people could easily get through 200g of crisps while watching telly without noticing.

It's basically 'tweaking' the plan to change it to suit you better. There's loads that people do, like having things that aren't really free as free, having cereals and bread that aren't a healthy extra as a healthy extra and so on.

It's probably best if you worry less about tweaking the plan and following it to the letter to see a good weight loss. Although saying that I do tweak myself to include a few 5-2 days!
