I'll be keeping an eye on this thread as I'd like to know what people say as I've recently been told that I need to be investigated for coeliac disease and I'm dreading being told that I have it to be honest... I love my bread and pasta etc. but I'm a meat eater so any help for me too would be massively appreciated!!

Hi! I'm largely wheat free as I find it affects my psoriasis but not entirely GF. I do use GF pasta as standard though and use bovril for stock instead of cubes etc.

It's interesting to hear the gluten affects your skin too. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread!!

Hi, I am rejoining slimming world on Wednesday next week. Been off plan for over a year and the weight has piled back on. I mainly eat gluten free as my partner has coeliac disease, so I plan on keeping this up when I am back on slimming world. Will be keeping an eye on this
