So.. Having done so well (If I may say so myself) on losing and keeping it off following SW, I am now just out of my first trimester, and have gained a stone. All throughout the first trimester I've eaten terribly, so I'm fairly confident the gain is nothing to do with the pregnancy.
I would like to avoid any excessive weight gain whilst eating as healthily as possible, so have decided the best way to keep on track is to start up a food diary again.
