Got up and did Body Pump this morning.
Very quiet in there, only 5 of us in the class!
I'm now off work untill monday as its the final family wedding this weekend so doing a shift tonight, off to bristol tomorrow and onto warwick early saturday morning.

Will try to be as good as I can over the weekend. Alcohol will be the issue saturday and sunday its a big family BBQ :eek:

Been lush here today, been out in the garden getting a bit of pre holiday tannage on the go! :)

Weighed myself today. Gain of 4.75lbs in just under 2weeks.
I swear my body is seriously messed up! With all the phys I do I shouldnt be having gains like that :sigh:
Oh well, 17lbs to go in 9 weeks. Doesnt look good, especially with an all inclusive holiday in 16days time :(
I'm trying my hardest now to get 7lbs off before going on holiday so :fingerscrossed:

Crumbs - can't understand that gain! Mind you I've read a couple of threads where people are the same and someone said it's the heat! ... ? I dunno - maybe we retain more water or something to cool us off ... though I'm probably clutching at straws LOL! ... Everybody fluctuates - even 'normal' people ;) - don't let it get to you.

I haven't had a totm for a while so that may be something to do with it too. Oh well.

I'm away now until Sunday but I am writing every morsel that passes my lips down on my phone. I'm not guna be able to count the meal calories tomorrow though. I've no idea what it is either.

I can't understand the gain Tanya - do u feel a difference in ur clothes? I think we focus 2 much on the numbers and not the way we feel... You seem so confident at the moment don't left the scales get 2 u x

Yeah, my clothes all feel loose. I know i'm losing inches, which is great but I want the number on the scale to change too!!

I'm not weighing now untill the 10th. The day before I go on holiday.
Sunday was rubbish but hey ho. Monday wasnt much better but yesterday was ok and i'm fully back on track today.
I have my meals planned out for the week and I also have my phys plan for next week planned too. I have the week off work so starting sunday heres my phys plan:

tues: 1hr40 run
wed: step and pump

fri: pump & step
Sat: holidaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!! :D

Sat 28th July

D- wedding. Starter: asparagus, goats cheese wrapped in parma ham
Main: chicken breast with a chorizo mouse, green beans, carrots & 2roasters
Desert: trio of chocolate; which chocolate & pistachio mouse, chocolate truffle, chocolate tart (i only ate half of this)
*2 glasses of wine
*farrrrrrrrrrrrrrr too much vodka & diet cokes

evening: 1/2 steak baguette (was about 4inches long as they were mini ones)

Picked today. Just so hungry. My totm is defo lurking as I've a chin full of spots too. It's strange though I haven't had a totm since may but still getting the 'feelings' iykwim.
 
Tonight is my last night in work for 16days!! :)
I'm doing everything I can to stop the 'holiday mode' kicking in but with totm lurking around too its difficult! :mad:

I did 8 press ups today, on my toes!!!!! :D :D :D I managed 4 two weeks ago and today was really tough. I was litterally gritting my teeth soooo hard but then I dropped on the 9th and had to do the final 5 on my knees. Achievements like this really do make my day!

I've got a shift tomorrow and then sunday is the start of 6days straight of phys. Hopefully that'll keep me on track if the holiday mode slips in a bit! Although I am having a sleep over at my brothers on wednesday (with his gf lol) where we have planned a couple fruit ciders once millie is settled and asleep.

I think it's down to my implant Jan. Since I've had it changed in may its been abit weird. Not complaining but knowing my luck it'll arrive on holiday after the plane journey. Always the way!

I had 2bits of bacon (fat removed) & 2scrambled eggs for lunch instead of a shake. I will update it tomorrow when I get on the laptop. It's a pain ATM as we have no wifi at home so have to plug the laptop in to the Internet cable downstairs.

I did a shift last Thursday but before that it had been 5weeks I think. Just been so busy with stuff to do on weekends. I'll be back to usual after August though.

Shift was good last night. The girl I was working with roped me into getting chocolate & then she bought jelly babies for the van.... mind you, I didn't need much persuading to eat it!!! :eek: Step and pump was ok today. Step wasnt as good as it has been lately, the class was packed so i'm sure that had something to do with it. Upped my squat weight too in pump, added an extra 2kg so now squatting with 22kg :D

I am majorly tempted to have some wine or v&cs tonight :confused::(

Fab your clothes are feeling lose - I've not had that feeling in ages :( hopefully I will in the next couple of weeks.
 
Lol I really enjoy what I do which is key I think. Tbf it's not that much phys tho I am planning on everyday this week.

I'm resigned to the fact I'll never be a skinny Minnie despite what phys i do and I probably won't get to 10st 13 by the Bristol half but aslong as I get there eventually & get a new half marathon PB I will be ok.

Tried on last years holiday clothes earlier and the majority of it is too big now. There's a nice dress that I planned on taking but it looks like a sack on :( luckily I have a few pairs of those flowery shorts etc that I've bought recently that I can use as might outfits so I only really need to get one or two things. X
