⚜ Strawberry Madness progress diary ⚜

Stayed in today, will probably go to the shops in the morning to get some foods hopefully watermelon 😝
Did not have that much of an appetite today after one of the chicken breast was woody. So only ate two of them.

Planning on some oatmeal for breakfast tomorrow should be nice and hearty.


I honestly have considered getting chickens lol but since I don’t have a garden I don’t think my mum would approve of a bunch of hens in the house lmao.

Meal 1: Cherries & Yogurt

Meal 2: Chicken breasts
450 Calories

Snacks: Rivita oat and current crackers
216 Calories

Water, Coffee, Zero monster.

That yogurt looks so thick. Do you strain it to get it that thick or does it come like that.

Hope you get your watermelon. I am going to International shop today to get the curry mix but I doubt the watermelon there would be cheap. Might look into Aldi if the queue is not too long as the one I got from there was good but small.

The chicken came unfrozen when I got it from the coop but I’ve always ran into that problem one brand or the other.

I hope you manage to find what your looking for and let the watermelon quest begin haha
 
Weather again was lovely, and my weigh in this week came to 3.2Lbs Loss :D

Used sun cream this time and I managed to bronze up my face more so lol.
Went to the shops and got watermelon Wooooo.

Today it felt like I was Constantly eating but I’m still under for today.
I don’t think I can manage anymore today will plan out some meals tomorrow to make up a tiny bit.
if all goes to plan.

Might be heading out the shore tomorrow not to far away for a nice walk and Mabey some shore fishing with a hand line, but I doubt it.

will at least get a nice walk going.

Today’s been lovely
Small hiccup at the start went all the way to the bus stop and forgot my medicine so I had to power walk all the home and back and managed to make the bus in time. Really wish I could jog, but I don’t trust my knee.

Went to the coast and did a nice long walk, rolled up my sleeves and shorts and did some shell hunting for my mum. Think she’s going to glue them to the bathroom mirror at some point.

also did manage to get the hand line out unfortunately no bites at all from the fish LOL.

Fitbit reads over 14k steps today time just flew by.
Need to get a tank top
Because My arms are tanning but my biceps and shoulders are like milk 😂

Foodwise has been good still under today but I will think of something to eat to bring it up to 1600.
Will edit the post with it later.

They are from Aldi really recommend them. Sweet chilli beef flavour.

I do want to swim again. But no way will I be taking my top off! Far to self conscious for that.
but will get some swimming shorts and a tank top and just jump right in HA.
