I suffer from really bad chronic agoraphobia some days are good others are really bad. Pretty much the reason why I ended up the way I did 10 years ago and never left the house once.

Ha! I love tuna so on a baked potato
I like mine mixed with sweet corn and red onion

I looked up the calorie counter and it’s over 700 calories for the butter Alone! Yikes
No wonder I gained so much weight before.
Might end up making a more lighter version as. Compromise.
I am really sorry about that.
Yes unfortunately, sometimes on eating plans we tend to go for easy things rather than good nutritious food. I used to be and am like that, but making a conscious effort to have better food - I know most of my food is salad with some protein but I truly & thoroughly enjoy it and gives me the balance I need. Also, if cooking everything is done from scratch & fresh.
If you want that baked potato, then eat it and then go back on plan the next day. Don't forget, you need to eat normal & real food. It is not every day that you are going to eat that. As they say a little of what you fancy do you good.

Alright forced myself to get out the house and on a bus to the big supermarket. Since it was so hot 🥵 the bus felt like an oven especially with the mask on

Face was dripping with sweat so felt extra self conscious however overall glad I made the trip.
Got some crisps my mum has been looking for months so surprised her with that.

No baked potato today couldn’t find all the ingredients crazy I know lol. Will try again tomorrow.

still have over 500 calories or so left today so will add it to the diary later on.

Glad you managed out even if it was hot. I've been working all day but went for a short walk at lunchtime - it was roasting!! Not sure I could have coped with a hot bus but I'm sure you just felt like people watching rather than them actually watching. Well done again

had a small group of people sit near me so was thinking they was watching me! But i just focused on my phone playing Pokémon go 🤣
Caught a rare shiny so pretty happy with that.

Honestly that heat near killed me yesterday on my walk, even my week 9st Mum has sweat dripping off the end of her nose!

Glad you made it out but can just imagine how bad that bus journey must have felt in your mask, it's not ideal.

I know right feels like all eyes are on me hard to shake that feeling sometimes.
Not so much the tatties but the butter and the sauce.

I wanted kerrygold if I was doing this meal haha 😆
However ended up just using the aldi version anyway LOL

If I ever want to eat butter that would be Kerrygold as it tastes like proper butter.
 
Weird day today, my uncle and my mums daughter is here to visit so House is pretty loud and no proper meals and pictures apart from breakfast lol.

Decided to get out the house and go for a small walk ended up in the hills again 🤣
Managed over 17k steps today feet’s are sore.

I understand about the house being crowded and loud - I think everyone is trying to make up for the time, they were stuck at home.
Well done for doing all that walk. You were lucky with the sunshine. We have had heavy rain showers all day.

Thistles are beautiful but invasive in a garden, specially when they start seeding.

Today was nice went to the park and chatted to some lovely people.
