Today’s been nice, went for a long walk today and the weather was lovely.
Managed Nearly 23k steps today

Went to the shops then decided before going in I walked nearly 12k steps to get the 50km needed for this weeks Pokémon go rewards LOL
Just walked up and down the woodland path then did my shopping.

If the weather keeps up I’ll go for another wander tomorrow so fingers crossed 🤞

walking past a chip shop is deadly! Oh and the smell of Bacon...fresh bread....I'll stop there before I get hungry again at the thought of the smells! 😂
I tried that Pokemon go years ago when it first became popular....it did frustrate me, especially when I needed to walk in the road to try and catch one ....green cross code alert!😂
Pork pies brings back memories!
I was on that tv program eat well for less taste testing them with colleagues at work at our haulage company in southampton! Was famous around hampshire for a while as people recognised me and said had any pork pies lately?!😂
 
Oh god the smells are just pure torture in its self 🤣
And lol at the pork pies haha.
it’s weird but I never used to like them but I started to get a taste for them.
But I still hate the ones with the jelly in them.
Don't think many of us liked them much when we did the program! And some of them were actually horrible! but any excuse for one minute of fame!😂

I keep meaning to try making a crustless quiche. Looks good.

Looks like a great walk. I adore the cows - we’ve always called them bear cows because they’re all furry and fluffy like a bear. There’s a fab cross stitch of a bear cow which I really want to do when it’s back in stock.

I recently started making them really filling!

Did some Shopping today, had this woman look like she was terrified of me. Constantly stopping and looking back at me. While I stop and give her time to keep distance.

was probably suffering from anxiety but still feels a little bad that people might be seeing me as a threat

I may look a little intimidating but I wouldn’t hurt a fly. Eeee plus I’m also really socially anxious but it’s been a lot better and I’m working on that even the days I feel like I can’t face going outside.

But once I push myself I end up in places like yesterday with all the coos and the scenery. Still think I’m going to get attacked either physically or verbally. Though gaining more confidence the more weight I lose so I’m trying my best to keep this up!

Love the look of those pork pies. I used to eat a lot of them in my pre-healthy living. Mind you I don't like the jelly inside.
