0.5lbs?!?!?!?

grrrr! so annoyed!
i only lost 0.5lbs this week!

i havn't been totally 100%, having some tuna or chicken, but iv done the same in the other weeks and still had good losses :(

although i did lose 1.5inches this week from my waist. could the bad loss be water retention as i know i didnt drink enough this week?

hoping for a big loss next week but pretty gutted atm :(

Hun 0.5lbs is a loss so congrats for that any loss is a good loss!!

It wasn't the chicken or the tuna that's for sure. It might be water retention. But more than likely it is just your body taking stock of the weight you've lost and trying to hold on to it. I stayed the same in my week 4. It will mean a great loss next week, so just keep going!

sorry ya are disappointed but .5lb is better off than on and as someone else said its probably water retention as well so ya might have a better chance next week, all the best

its just annoying, im sure a lot of u have been there too. every week my friends ask how much iv lost it its sooo gutting to say half a flipping pound! oh well, roll on next week, pushing for 100% too :)
