I found some 100% beef burgers in asda, not sure if they were birdseye but when I looked at the ingredients they had filler and sugar in them. Turns out, they meant that the beef that was in them was 100% beef and not mixed with any other meat. Quite misleading if you ask me! Grrrr

Give it a go and if it gets to the point where you feel you're stalling from them then have a look at the ingredients and keep an eye out for dextrose and flour/starch that usually gets included in processed meats

I agree with Stephen - they take no time at all and you can add lots of your preferred flavourings, like mayo, herbs, mustard, etc - just watch the carbs.

I love meatballs with a piece of feta in them, yummy!
