I have my first at 17:30 which is always a meal. My second pack at 19:30 which is a bar or gooey choc pudding. Then a hot mint choc shake at 20:30 xx

Nope i just drink water all day, I have 3 kids under 5 so as soon as they goto bed i have my first

All meat peppers mushrooms ect.

I have my first pack around 12pm. My serving pack is between 5 and 6 now and my last pack about 8-9.

Tried two small scoops of slim rice with my curry pack today. It's strange stuff, but helped make it more like a meal. It has no carbs and 7 cals per 100g. I kept seeing the products recommended by other Exante users x

I have 1st 12ish 2nd usually a bar 5 and dinner at 7.
Last night carbonara with 0 carb pasta. Really fills u up

Waitrose are buy 2 for £2.50 too. That's all year round. Fettuccini is the best I think. Like the rice odd texture and rubbery but coat them in spag bol pack and it does the job filling u up.

People keep saying it's amazing. Is it anymore carbs than other packs?

No carbs the same as other packs. 200 calories but depends what u add. I used 15g of very low fat cheese
Added tom, mushrooms, peppers, prawns!
