Sara, well done on 5lb off :) I'm doing TS plus too, and find it a lot easier than TS. I haven't had veg yet though, all my extra has come from choco balls or protein bites. Liking the cauliflower in the heart bowl :)

I haven't fancied the protein bites are they nice. I just used veg off the list of low carb veg. Make it feel like a propa meal. My problem is if I feel deprived I fall off the wagon. So choc pud and the bars keep me going. Also doing things like cauliflower rice and using zero pasta I feel like I'm having a dinner like the rest of the family :)

Wednesday weigh in for me and 1lb off this week. Seems like a lot of hard work for 1lb but I guess I have had two meals out this week - albeit the first I only had chicken salad, but the second I had a 'proper' meal and desert. To be honest I thought I might have just stayed the same so I'm happy with the 1lb off. When you say 16lb off in 3 weeks it's not to be sniffed at.

Dietgal, the Jillian stuff all makes sense - might take a look at her website today. I have her Master your Metabolism book which I never did finish so might have to pick that up again too.

Just finished my T25 workout - lower focus today, legs are aching already!

Morning Sara - I had a choc pud sample with my last order - not tried it yet, what's it like?

It's good if u cook it well. I stir mine every 30 seconds and only do it for just over a min. The outside stays soft and middle is gooey. One of my favs. :) 1st time I followed instructions and was rubbery :( but my microwave is super power lol. Try it it's delish mmmmmmmm

It's been ok thanks. Picked at a little gammon today. I don't feel bad. But need to make sure I stop this new habit. Glad it's been protein lol

Well done on your loss, it is all going in the right direction! On Wednesdays my 3 yr old son has a half day, so i pick him up and take him for lunch at morrisons. I sit with a bottle of water as he eats. Today as i reversed into the parent and toddler bay a man reversed out of his space into the side of my car. I was so shaken up, i took my son in for his lunch after swapping details and i kept shaking, was so tempted to eat, or even just have a sugary tea, but i resisted and to make it worse they had run out of bottles of water :( was rather proud of my self restraint as i didn't realise until that moment just how important the diet is to me xx
 
Really well done mrsdkt that is so good and you have every right to feel proud of yourself. I hope you have got over your ordeal and feeling better tonight.

Also, well done Sparkley for the weight loss despite the eating that is fantastic news and I hope you stop being hard on yourself as a result! :) xx

Jeez Mrs, you did really well there. What a horrible thing to happen - no wonder it shook you up. You did so well to. It turn to food, you should feel very pleased with yourself! Hope you manage to get your car sorted ok.

Morning hun xx definitely no accidents today!! Have woken up and my lower back is really sore. Why can't people just drive considerately!! I am looking forward to my chilli tonight, been having spag bol the past few evenings as its quicker to make, i soak that and shepherds pieffor 15mins whereas chilli i leave for 30!

Do you havd plans for today? Xx
 
I can't get on with the Spag Bol at all, it has a really odd taste. My faves are chilli and shepherds pie - I usually microwave the chilli for two mins then let it stand for 10 mins then give it another 2 mins.

Out tonight at the cinema to see 'into the woods' with some friends followed by a meal for a birthday treat! We're going to ASK as one of my friends has coeliac disease and they do a gluten free menu there. Think I'll be on the salad - but it will be a treat anyway.

Hi all. After my excitement on Tuesday had the worst diet day yesterday. Got on the scales for a sneaky weigh-in and had put on 5lb since Monday. Thats 2 bags of sugar in 2 days! Or 17,500 cals!!!! I'm guessing its glycogen but I hadn't eaten any carbs (unless I sleep eat - could explain a lot!), just a small amount of chicken on Monday as was exercising. Anyway was gutted,hungry and tired all day so probably kicked out of ketosis. Didnt do any exercise either. A search on Google showed that surplus protein can turn into glucose grrrr so no more picking at protein. Felt like eating everything in sight but I didn't, I just took myself off to bed very early with some choc balls. My poor hubby had to do everything. Better today though.

Sorry to hear about your day Mrs dkt. Puts mine into perspective.

Thanks Mrs and Dietgal. We ended up going to Chiquitos and I had chicken breast topped with pulled pork and cheese. Naughty but it was delicious!

That 5lb will just be water - it happens to me all the time and always comes straight off. You know you've not eaten the calories to put actual fat on. Depressing tho when you see it on the scales - well done for not chucking in the towel.

Hi all, very late in the day to give you this information but if you haven't seen, everything for sale on the Exante website is 40% off until midnight. I just bought a couple of months worth (so I'm now officially in it for the long-haul!) and saved myself £200, so it's worth it!
Great to see everyone doing so well - I will be back on Sunday with my weigh-in.

I have a cold. But still sticking to plan. My weigh in is in the morning. Then good week starts. Chicken and broccoli planned mainly. Maybe some fish too lol
 
Thanks rich I ordered pizza bases, lots of gooey choc puddings and I ordered the curry and rice --) does it taste similar to the normal curry? Xx
