You can do it without the mixture holds it's shape somewjay its not liquid

It's in the soft cheese aisle, near things like marscapone, ricotta and feta cheese normally

Thank uuu iv tried the supermarkets everyday by mine this wk an finally got some just then as the man was putting em on the shelf ha gonna bake now il let u all know how it goes

I went to make a roulade yesterday, separated all the eggs then realised to my horror that my quark had turned. The only other thing I had in was a pack of Aldi lemon FF Greek yoghurts, so I used two of these instead - one in the roulade mix, then one to top along with strawberries and blueberries. And it's lovely! The lemon flavour is fab with the strawberries so I am very happy with my experiment!
Thought I'd share in case anyone wanted to make this but didn't have any quark in.
