Hello everyone,
Little advice please. I understand one third of my plate has to be super free for EE to work. So I add salad or veg to my meal. But if I have a curry I don't really want a side salad or veg can I have a starter of salad or fruit for pudding and count that as my one third? as long as it really = one third??
