1/3rd Superfree food - which plans?

Im just wondering..... are you meant to eat 1/3rd super free foods on all plans or just EE?

Just extra easy although superfree will speed ur weight loss but its not essential on red and green

Thanks Curvygirl. That's what I thought, but my C saying I didn't lose because I didnt eat enough superfree but I'm all Green because I'm veggie....

tbh your best with 1/3 SF all the time just to be safe
 
I just think everyone losses weight at different rates.. it def isn’t essential in red or green but if u did eat it or even eat more strawberries raspberry melon pineapple that kinda of thing it might speed ur losses up, i love extra easy but sometimes i do find it hard to eat a third superfree with my 3 meals as veg doesn’t go with everythin i eat lol.. im chuckin few greens in this week myself :D
