I just think everyone losses weight at different rates.. it def isn’t essential in red or green but if u did eat it or even eat more strawberries raspberry melon pineapple that kinda of thing it might speed ur losses up, i love extra easy but sometimes i do find it hard to eat a third superfree with my 3 meals as veg doesn’t go with everythin i eat lol.. im chuckin few greens in this week myself
