Hi everyone!
I was looking at my milk allowance and really cant abide skimmed milk, so was using 'one' milk. I thought it was the same fat as skimmed milk with the taste of semi, but now I think I am wrong, due to skimmed only being 0.1%. Does anyone know how much I can have as my HEXA? Thanx in advance :D
