Hi guys ....started back on slimming world and the sp plan is new to me but to get me back in full swing I thought I'd give it a go here's my first day any advice would be great thank you xx
Breakie- 2 X weetabix (heb)
250 ml semi milk (hea)
Half a banana
Lunch- 1 slice burgen bread (6 syns)
Tin of baked beans 2 X boiled eggs and an apple.
Tea - salad,peppers, tomato, cucumber, onions,fat free dressing and 1 large chicken breast & 2 X laughing cow light triangles (3 syns). Muller light yogurt orange and an apple.
