1 stone gone, 6.5 to go!!!!!

Had my fourth weigh in today and have finally hit my first stone. I can't say it was easy and I thought I would have done better but am not letting that put me off going for more than a stone over the next four weeks. Thanks for all your support and encouragement during my first intrepid four weeks xx

Well done! I had my WI today and I've lost just over my first stone. I've got 5 1/2-6 stone left to go.

well done lovely ladies, I started with 7 to 8 stone to go and I can't believe I have 3 to 3.5 to go now, which feels managable so you will be there before you know it, the time really does fly! X
