Ive lost 1 lb this week. Was going for more but let myself down by gavimg to much wine and meals out. Well it has been my birthday so suppose i cant be to hard on myself. Off to a good start tonight after weigh in. Wine and choc all finished now. hope its at least 2 next week! !
