On Friday night, me and my boyfriend went to our favorite Italian restaurant.
I promised him that when I lost a stone that we would go because we used to love going out for meals which we can't really do anymore.
I had a beef Cannelloni (which was amazing) and a portion of chips.. oh and a glass of Rose wine!!
I don't get weighed til' thursday, does anyone think this will affect me if i stay 100% til' thursday?

On a more positivie note, i couldn't eat it all whereas a few months back it would of all been gone haha :D

Im sure you will still lose this week - all you need to do is stick with the plan for the rest of the week, this is called flexi synning and is allowed on plan.
I went out and had an indian a few weeks ago and still lost 2.5lbs that week x x
Well done on your stone award x

I think we all deserve a treat every now and again, and you could have been a lot worse than that! As long as you get right back on it the next day, I don't think it will make too much difference. Well done at stopping at one glass of Rose, and not ordering a huge dessert to finish it off!!

They do say that sometimes a meal off plan can help boost your metabolism. I've had 2 meals out this week and birthday cake over the weekend ;)

Yup, I reckon you'll be fine, too.

What are flexible Syns?

A: There's plenty of evidence that being too rigid means you're more likely to give up and put your weight back on and that allowing yourself to be a little more flexible is the key to long term success. If 10 Syns a day is where you need to be on a regular basis, but sometimes it's just too tight for comfort, it's far better to allow yourself extra Syns every now and again without the punishment of compensating the next day. Never again will you be able to accuse yourself of 'blowing it' just because you needed a few more Syns on the odd day or two.
