    Chuffed to bits i am. Thinking perhaps a 2lb loss for next week but secret hope it will be 3lbs.:rolleyes:

    1lb away from my 7lbs goal and already into the 15s, onto the 14s now.

    Woop Woop! Well done Vicky! 7lb is a massive loss and I would be thrilled to bits too! What's your secret. I am in my first week. Found day 1 really hard and blew it then was ok yesterday and Ive done great today! How you found sticking to it? Got any tips?

    i've only blew it once in the two weeks i've been doing it and even then i only blew it half a point but had saved points from the day before so i guess it balances out. Well done on the 6lbs! i lost 6.5lb in the first week, and the second week i lost 2lb, im hoping to lose another 2lbs in this coming week so i can break into the 9's, havent been there for a good 3 years !!
