Ok so as of today i am on a 10 day countdown. Im off on holiday on the 1st july & will take a break frm exante. My aim is to stay 100% TS until then.
So Was just wondering how much do u reckon i could lose by then? Bearing in mind my TOTM started 2dy so quite worried the weight loss wont be as much as id like. My current weight is 11.13 (lost 8 lbs at last WI, last wed)
Any ideas peeps?
