I take it fairly easy these days as i have a knackered back from horse riding and running for many years I have to do low impact now so 10 mins a day i like to stretch and do a mix of squats lunges pressups etc ? (sometimes i do 2 lots of 10 mins)
So to get motivated why not try 10 mins of exercise
