100 days on CD! Photo and stats!

    Well, not quite 100 days - 98 to be exact, but I had my weigh in today so thought I'd update everything now;)

    It's not been easy, but it's been a lot less hard than I thought it would be. Stick at it, and you'll get there in the end!

    So, here's my stats:
    Start weight - 15 stone 2lb's
    12th May (98 days!) - 11stone 5lb's

    Total lost - 53lbs - so just over ½ a lb a DAY!

    Clothes size at Start - 20
    Clothes size now - 12/14

    I have (I think) attached a photo of me before and after, so you can see the difference.

    So today I am a VERY happy bunny! Only 19lbs more to go to get to goal - easy!;):D

    Thank you all!, and thanks for the Rep!

    I do still want to lose my last 19lb's as I want to be a comfortable size 12, and am still classed as an overweight BMI.

    Before I had my last child I was 10stone 7lb's and was a tight size 12 but happy with it, so I figure ½ a stone under that weight would get me into the clothes I want:)

    I've not stuck to SS 100%, I've been doing a mixture of SS and SS+, basically SS 4 days a week and SS+(so I can eat with my family) at Weekends.

    I've had a few blow outs, but unlike other diets, I've got straight back to the diet and not let them get me down.

    I reckon I've got another 3 weeks of SS/SS+ before I start moving up the plans, as I'm 9lbs away from BMI25.
