29/100 (29/52). I guess it doesn't matter how many days til Xmas, the main thing is that we count the good days.
To those who are getting despondant, just do what you can do, getting depressed or beating yourself up will only make things worse. I know from experience and hence my name that I can't keep a diet going 100% so I'm learning to find a balance. I only give myself small 4lb loss goals at a time and that's hard enough for me as an oldie. I think it will be good for moral to complete the count til Xmas even if we don't do particularly well. We can put it down to personal awareness and development. No one is judging anyone here, and they certainly shouldn't be!!
