Really really struggled today :-( haven't cheated at all which I'm really pleased with but I feel a bit bleurgh! On a nice note I popped into our local cafe today fir a cup of tea and the lovely lady who owns it made me scrambled egg Cambridge style! Egg, water and pepper! It was very yummy! I am mainly doing SS+ at the moment because I'm doing an hours work out (roughly!) on the Wii fit every morning, I take it easy and only ever burn on the same amount of calories that is in one pack by doing gentle cardio exercise and warm down. I feel really good for it too!
