all that exercise im wondering if i should get back into the gym i have 2 months left on my membership lolI had curry for lunch and double curry for dinner going to have my bar when the H goes to bed. Also did an hour rowing and 300 squats in the gym. A mini start in the mess of mindless weekend eating. Have a clear schedule for the weekend too so should be plain sailing..........hopefully!

and just had a choc shake and a bowl of salad leaves also aroun 3 litres water today and a cup of coffee
what u think anything wrong here? i know i had a bit more salad then meant to but i havnt had all 4 packs today x

I keep doing really well during the week but it all goes to pot at the weekends.
I have a second job waitressing most Saturdays and keep end up eating, especially potatoes bread and chocolate :S I need to stop this and take a bar or soup in with me but need some motivation!
