Whats going on with the weather lately, We need the Sun back, mind you on GMTV they said we were gonna have a Fab August, But what do they know!! lol.. :rolleyes:

No sit ups today but did over an hour at the gym :) some cardio and mostly weights ...that was due to my tracksuit bottoms falling down when i started running lol. I'll most likely do my situps tomorrow to work on different part of my body. Hope you're ok RDoll xxx
 
Seems easier tonight. I had a soak in bath earlier which seems to have helped. Hopefully I will be ok tomorrow and get back to my sit-ups. It's made me feel really down not being able to do anything.
 
Oh hun, don't worry. You do so much anyway, it's not a bad idea to rest your body too sometimes. Hope you're okay. I'll be back later when i've done my sit-ups. xxx

This might be a strange question but i dont no the answer, so thought id ask! If any of you use those ab roller helper machine things, do you get as good a results as doing sit ups normaly? Because i fancy buying one but dont know if they are any good!

Well I use a roller and with the combination of the diet and the sit-ups, my tum is definitely getting smaller. In fact I looked in mirror today and am really pleased with the results so far. I struggle doing ordinary sit-ups because I damaged my cocyx years ago but with the roller I can do 100 in 10-15 minutes.
