Well after sts at the weekend I thought I would do a 100% week, then I did not track at the weekend as I stayed round my cousins and had no control over what I ate but felt it wasn't too bad. 100% for next WI :)

I do not know what I am having for dinner, as I live at home still at the moment my dad cooks the meals most nights and when asked this morning what I want I just said something with lots of Veg! :rolleyes:
