1000 plan starts tomorrow

hi can anyone help me out as ive lost my book telling me exactly what this plan consists of.if anyone can write down what it says in their book id be very grateful as my cdc is not contactable until thursday and i really want to start tomorrow.thanks :)
 
Briefly. Similar meals to 810 but little less protein and some added carbs like a very small amount of whilemeal pasta! 2 cd products. green salad for lunch. Think you can have 2 tbsp of porridge for breakfast as 1 option. Books are downstairs :( will see if theres a link on here for you!

I know it's 150cals worth of fruit. 3 apples is what I used to eat.
