    Thank you all, I know the weight loss will slow down as I get lighter, but my intention is to offset that with increased exercise.

    26st - I walked
    20st - I walk and swim
    15st - I will walk, swim and play badminton
    11st - I will walk, swim, play badminton and ride horses.

    That's the plan anyway!
