My secret was i thought i would try just fruit for breakie but loads of it! this mornin i had 2 bananas an apple and a tub of fresh pineapple!! and i lost 10lb this week :D

Congrats! All I have had for breakfast this week is fruit, so hopefully I will have as successful a week as you! My gf got weighed yesterday, and she also lost 10lbs in the last week!

wow fantastic, what a great loss. Just shows what mixing it up can do.

This week I am trying to drink 2 litres of water a day to see what happens, hopefuly I will get a good loss to :D
