My secret was i thought i would try just fruit for breakie but loads of it! this mornin i had 2 bananas an apple and a tub of fresh pineapple!! and i lost 10lb this week
Congrats! All I have had for breakfast this week is fruit, so hopefully I will have as successful a week as you! My gf got weighed yesterday, and she also lost 10lbs in the last week!
