10lbs in 5 weeks? possible whilst moving up the plans?

Hi All,

Was hoping someone could help me with a quick question....

I am fortunate to only have 10lbs left till i reach goal. However I have a holiday booked for 15th June and would like to have hit target by then. Is this possible bearing in mind that I am also going through the stabilisation levels ( 1 week at each level) in order that I can enjoy food while i'm on holiday?

you have just under a month to go till your holiday, sooooo i would hazard a guess that its definately possible to still lose that over the next 4 weeks....or at least very close!

Well that would require a loss of -2lbs per week, which is the average loss made on diets.

If you have any STS, obviously this would effect it, but if you stick to it and keep active (although remember a lot of activity will lead to muscle gain, but you will still be losing body fat) then you could definitely do it! :)
