10s to 8s

2hrs, running at a 10 min mile pace. I used to be able to run a half marathon in 2hrs so I'm hoping getting back to 9st will help with speed.

I think running with an extra stone makes a huge difference!

My dream this year is to do a half in 2hours or less. But regally need to get back into the running again. Bloody injury in August really was a pain :-(

I really feel for you. Running keeps me sane.

That said, you do so much other exercise that's probably a lot more toning so no need to force until you've fully recovered.
