Maybe a couple of crumpets and a cheese triangle, if you check the calories there are some 1 point crumpets out there

You could have the WW cookies but only take one of the individual packets to work to resist the temptation to eat them all ( like me lol ), the toffee ones are lovely

Dont know if you have a freezer but i love mini milks as a sweet snack in the day and at 0.5 point each who cares if i have 2 hahahahaha
